While addressing journalists earlier today, Uganda Police spokesperson CP Fred Enanga people had TOTALLY given up on following curfew guidelines and were busy having fun in places like bars that are yet to be opened to function.
He addded that these people have even failed to use their COMMON SENSE to follow the guidelines put in place. Enanga who seemed furious added that Police officers who will side with bar owners and fail to follow instructions risk losing their jobs.
This comes a day after a bomb-like explosion happened in the area of Komamboga at a place called Digida pork joint that saw one person die on the spot and many others escaping narrowly with big injuries. This incident, wait for it, happened PAST CURFEW TIME! Yes, the explosion happened at around 8:30pm, while people were busy enjoying 'the president's suspects.' How ironic.
Maybe to remind you a little, curfew begins at 7pm and runs till 5;30am but hey, if you asked Ugandans staying in different places, they'd tell you otherwise. Anyways, go vaccinate, remember we have a 7million target we have to beat before jjajja considers fully opening up.
