    in summary
According to Sheebah Karungi, someone must be hinding Kataleya and Kandle.

Early this year, the Kataleya and Kandle saga started majorly with blogger Senga Acid when she came out and stated that the Kataleya and Kandle  duo have been treated unfairly by their management on top of not being paid their hard earned wages since the previous year August 2023.

At that time, the blogger also went on and alleged that the said  management invaded the duo’s privacy when they installed cameras in their house without their consent, something that could have sparked the clashes between both parties.

According to musician Eddy Kenzo, he also saw the cameras himself when he entered Kataleya and Kandle’s house and he paid it no attention because he believed the ladies had installed the cameras themselves for security purposes.

As the commotion is still ongoing and the ladies are nowhere to be seen  there are a lot of speculations going on within the media as to where the ladies disappeared to. According to Musician Sheebah Karungi, she tried to contact Kataleya and Kandle, all in vain. While speaking to NRG radio's Crysto Panda in an interview, Sheebah mentioned that it seems like someone is hiding Kataleya and Kandle

Sheebah Karungi is the vice president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation, and she is a renowned feminist who always tries her best to empower and uplift women, most especially in the Ugandan Music industry. It is a fact therefore that she has always strived to advocate for the rights of women in the music industry.

It should be recalled that Sheebah Karungi also  joined the music industry as a teenager and well,  she also had some terrible experiences with music managers and now she certainly believes that the Kataleya and Kandle duo could be going through the same.

Sheebah further stated that she could not even get any information from Theron music yet it is the same label that was in charge of handling the famous duo.

"I tried to find them but somehow they are hiding them. I think these girls are suffering the same thing I suffered when I was their age or at some point when you feel like you can't succeed without a certain person or a certain management," said Sheebah.

Sheebah further stated that artistes sometimes tend to have no choice and they just go with the flow simply because in most cases, they need to earn their keep and survive but yet they are being mistreated or even underpaid. She therefore advised artistes to stand their ground as long as they believe in their talent.

"And it's absolutely understandable because you are hungry. But I want to tell you my fellow artists, most especially the females, you got it. You are the prize if you know you are talented."she said
