The speaker of the th parliament, Hon. Jacob Oulanyah earlier today during the plenary questioned the compitence of the departments responsible for carrying out investigations. This comes after the recent bombings in Komamboga and Mpigi.
"The British High Commission a while back came out to warn us of a planned bombing and in no time after the warning, two bombings have happened so far. What do they know that we don't? What are our investigative departments doing? What has to be done to combart this?" asked speaker Oulanyah.
According to the reports released by the police, the Komamboga incident that saw the death of one person and others escaping with injuries was caused by a yet to be identified suspect who was spotted in 'NUP' outfits at the place, prior to the explosion.
Since then, many suspects whose faces and names have been published with the 'WANTED' tagline on them are now being hunted. But well, not to the surprise of many Ugandans, all the 'WANTED' share two things in common.....
