The 50k debate. Winnie Nwagi urges women to raise their standards.

The debate about the fifty thousand transport refund after a date was sparked by Spark TV's Evelyn Mc and has since gained attention from various netizens as well as celebrities, most especially the ladies.

In regards to that, musician Winnie Nwagi has a message for all her beautiful ladies. She came out to say that women should raise their standards from the 50,000 ugx transport refund they get from men after going on dates with them and instead ask for more.

    Nwagi

According to Nwagi, women spend so much time and money prepping for a date and their efforts deserve a little more recognition and appreciation than they are getting from the men they go out on dates with. According to her, this time and effort is more valuable than the 50k they get for transport.

In her own opinion, a man who has the money and the love for his woman will always be willing to spend on his woman. She states that unless a man is just broke, he can never fail to spend on a woman he is interested in.

    Nwagi

"Women should stop asking for 50,000 Ugandan shillings. Even if the transport cost is below that, still ask for more. The man who loves you will still be willing to provide the money you are asking for, and if he fails when he is not broke, just know he doesn't care," she stated.
