Uganda may have not directly participated in the just concluded AFCON - African Cup of Nations but that didn’t stop some Ugandans from taking part in some beats of the process!
Uganda’s too events security guru Dixon Bond Okello took part in the tournament and was even voted as the best security man at the AFCON finals in Cameroon. Okello, who is an experienced FUFA, CAF and FIFA security expert was among the nine Ugandans that were given various assignments at the AFCON tournament. Okello is well known as a no-nonsense fellow while at the events he offers his services at.
He is not new to the AFCON heights, it should be remembered that in 2019, the same Okello was assigned to head security at the AFCON final between Algeria and Senegal
