Just a day after steaming allegations from Bad Black, a local Ugandan celebrity, the Ministry of Health has replied back in full to show Ugandans what the situation on ground really is.
Bad Black yesterday sent a notice to the government of Uganda indicating intention to sue for alleged non payment. She said the government had used her to make an advert about Corona virus and did not pay her up to date.

On top of the notice, she sent out videos and long posts of her ranting over the huge amount of money she claims that she was supposed to be given by the Ugandan government.
She demanded for a whooping UGX.500 million which she claimed they had promised to pay her when she records the advert.
However, the Ministry of Health has now come out to neutralise the mater, saying that those people that made adverts of Covid 19 such as Bad Black were doing it voluntarily and that it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that were given to each of them.
The government ministry also added that the only money paid out by them in terms of those adverts was the money for air time on the various TV and Radio stations in the country.
