Musician Rickman Manrick had previously disappeared from the musical scene after he had gone abroad. He kept on releasing music but he waß not so into music but rather more into his football talent. Rickman then made a drastic decision when he decided to relocate for love and transfer his capital back to Uganda after being advised by his pencil thin lover and influencer Sheila Gashumba.
News then made rounds all over social media that Rickman had started dating Sheila and the two were going strong in their relationship. This is when she came out to announce that she would take on the artist and manage him and up until now, every one knows she is currently managing Rickman in his musical career.
Many went ahead to mention that this was a bad choice by Rickman because every artiste that was earlier on close to Sheila Gashumba was crippled and his music career had faded. Netizens went ahead to give an instance of specifically one artiste who broke away from Sheilah and achieved his success and that was none other than Fik Fameica.
It should be recalled that Rickman is an artiste who has been in the industry for over five years and he still remains a struggling artist although he believes he will soon land a breakthrough. He explained Gashumba forced him to hire writers. According to his previous music and his current music, a very big change is noticeable and ofcourse all this is attributed to Sheila Gashumba’s strategy of hiring him songwriters.
“I used to write my songs but my manager forced me into hire songwriters. Dokta Brain has helped me on working on a few songs,” he explained.
Rickman explained through an interview with local television that his music career path is now clearer thanks to the advise rendered by his sweetheart and he sees a clear path to stardom with her as his manager. Good luck to you Rickman.
