Outspoken feminist and singer, Sheebah Karungi is under fire for meddling in Andrew Kabuura's sex saga.
Shortly after it emerged that NTV's Andrew Kabuura was cheating on his wife, Flavia Tumusiime with a French embassy employee, Mercy Twinomujuuni (while exchanging nudes), Sheebah took to social media to console Flavia.
Sheebah blasted fans for siding with Kabuura instead of condemning his actions of infidelity. She mainatined that Flavia is a virtuous woman who deserves sympathy since she must be going through hell.
"Am very disgusted by the way society is disrespecting a very hard working, respectful , brilliant woman like Flavia Tumusiime yet am sure she’s already going through enough! Instead of blaming the person who strays, the world would rather try to figure out why the cheating happened and then place blame. Often, that blame is placed on the woman, even when it’s wrong. Stop shaming women. I sympathize with you FLAVIA Be strong my friend , they want you to Break down & loose it. Don’t give them that satisfaction, You’ve worked so hard for your crown! You are a phenomenal woman." Sheebah posted on her Instagram.
Fans Attack.
In response to Sheebah's post, riotous fans accused her of hypocrisy since she also cheated on musicians Keko and Nina Roz with whom she allegedly had affairs.
A one, Martin commented. “Tuula wansi. Atleast he cheated with the opposite sex not same gender.If you know you know.”
“Sheebah get married stop behaving like a detective in Flaviaz marriage.” Mwenyi Julius also wrote.
“Really of all people Sheebah to talk about cheating in married couples.. Nooooooo…..” a shocked Ronald chipped in.
“Why do you even post this? This is disrespect as well. Worst still you even add a photo!” another netizen pinned the TNS star.
Shadia Umar , another netizen added “Now Sheebah what on earth do you know about marriage Nkwagala nyooooo naye Bino bikususse Okutegeera dia.”
“You too you cheated on Keko and Nina Roz so sit your ass down." another social media user, Gerald fumed.
Is Sheebah Really A Lesbian?
Being gay is one of the reasons it is suspected that the high profile musician hates marriage.
However, when asked about her relationship with Keko and whether she was a lesbian in an interview with New Vision a few years back, Sheebah dodged the question rather expertly.
"I am tired of that question; I’ve answered it several times. The public should concentrate on the music because it’s what I’ve come to deliver. Whatever I do with my personal life is none of their business." Sheebah responded.
Relationship With Keko And Nina Roz.
A few years ago before rapper Keko fled to Canada, she was rumoured to be spending the chilly nights with the Team No Stress star.
Later, Keko confessed she was gay after relocating to Canada, hence fueling the rumours that Sheebah indeed was gay.
The two however parted ways and the cause of the split was largely due to Nina Roz, who by then was an upcoming artiste.
Sheebah and Nina became so close that the former started sleeping at her then rental in Makindye.
Trouble however started when Nina Roz was barred from accessing Sheebah's rental and the two have since then been on bitter terms.
“We can no longer be friends because our issues are deep. I know she hates me so much. She needs to apologize.” Nina said last year.
