The business world today has been in shock after the power and rich couple Bill and Melinda Gates announce they are getting divorced after 27 years of marriage.
Melinda met Bill in the 1980s when she was an intern at his big office Microsoft.
Bill and Melinda have three children Jenifer, 25 years of age, Roy, 21 years of age and Phoebe ,18.
"We have realised we can nolonger grow together as a couple and decided to separate. Please give our family privacy as we go through this." They both posted the same statement on Twitter.
This couple is the fourth richest in the world with an estimate of $125 billion.
They had started the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation whose main aim was eradicating poverty.
In Uganda, they were supporting small holder farms and youth businesses through the foundation.
