The last ship has finally set sail!
Bobi Wine, a Ugandan politician and musician has finally clocked 40 years of age having been born on 12th Feb 1982.
He has now joined his brothers Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool in terms of 40-year-age bracket and this means the big three Ugandan musicians (Bobi, Bebe, and Chameleone) as they are normally referred to are all in their forties as we speak.
Bebe Cool was the first to see how forty looks like back in 2017 and everyone started calling him an old man back then when he has just released his song "Mbozi Za Malwa" with Kenyan boy band, Sauti Sol.
Bebe Cool then told reporters that he was only getting started with this whole thing of music. He promised to release songs until he is about 70 years old because of his immense talent which we can all attest to.
Chameleone also turns 40
When it came to Joseph Mayanja a.k.a Chameleone, the entire town (Kampala) was set ablaze with news of the singer turning forty.
He went ahead to invite all friends, fans and well wishers for a mega bash at his DNA Lounge in Kololo that had just been set up as a new hangout spot in town at that time.
It's from there that he announced that "Life begins at 40" and coincidentally the birthday celebrations marked 20 years of his music career that started somewhere in the late 1990s when he was only 20 years old.
Chameleone and team later headed to the now defunct Amnesia club to finish off the the day celebrations as seen below

Unlike Bebe Cool, Chameleone recently revealed how he would stop singing at age 50 in order to give chance to younger talent to sprout and also make it in the music industry like himself.
So the big 3 are now all at 40, well a big congratulations to them since its not easy to climb to the 4th floor of life in this dangerous life we live in.
Top celebrities are already pouring in their wishes to the birthday boy, Bobi Wine who is likely to get overwhelmed with messages from all over the world given his magnitude of popularity as both a singer and politician and therefore whoever is handling his phone should stay away from it for today.
