Hon. Rehema Wantogola, MP of Kamuli Municipality has passed on due to corona virus.
The MP was diagnosed with the virus a few weeks back and has been bed ridden at Nakasero hospital.
Today, she passed on due to lung damage that is a side effect of the disease.
The MP was contesting for the same position for the new cabinet of 2021-2026.
May her soul rest in peace.
