Ever since the two former love birds Daddy Andre and Nina Roz decided to split up, they have been accusing each other of theft relentlessly. Daddy Andre begun the game by sending a letter of intention to sue to Nina Roz which had an expiry of 90 days. Nina Roz had to either pay Daddy Andre 120 Million UGX or face a court case that could lead her to jail.
Daddy Andre was demanding this money as payment, saying Nina Roz failed to pay money for three songs which were written and produced by Daddy Andre himself and these four songs are Nangana, Billboard Kipande, Enyonta and Andelle. According to Daddy Andre, each song amounts to 30 Million, 5 Million for recording, 10 Million for video shoots and 15 Million for promotion.
According the letter of intention to sue, it was meant to expire in 90 days which means it must have expired in March since it was served to Nina Roz in December last year. The case was hushed down for quite a while and not mentioned, not even by Daddy Andre.
This case has only come back to life after Nina Roz reported the issue of her car being stolen only to learn that the culprit could have been her ex hubby as he had changed the log book registration from her name to his yet she is the one who paid it.
It could be out of anger that Daddy Andre has also decided to throw a case at Nina Roz because she also threw one at him, calling him a car thief! Let us not forget how Daddy Andre also accused Nina Roz of carrying his Television and carpet from their shared rental, claims that Nina Roz denied.
