Almost two years ago (2016) MC Kats , a popular TV presenter in Uganda left his show at NTV to join NBS. He used to host "Exposed" on NTV but later resigned and moved to NBS where he hosts "After 5" an entertainment show.

He is rumoured to have left NTV because of their failure to increase his salary from UGX.800,000 after which he handed them a resignation letter and quickly flew to NBS that offered him a whopping UGX.1.2M per month.

But today , his former work mate at NTV, Douglas Lwanga who has been hosting a popular entertainment show "The Beat" has joined him at NBS for a show whose name is undisclosed for now after leaving his job due to disagreements with NTV management.

Douglas is one of the many presenters that have made the move from NTV to NBS which had made some people to believe that NTV is now a training ground for NBS workers.
