Eddy Kenzo was seen avoiding Bobi Wine during Zex Bilangi's album listening event. Despite being nemesis, the two were both invited for the event and they both chose not to disappoint. Eddy Kenzo arrived earlier and when he did, he was given a heroes welcome. His name was praised as he is a people's sweetheart. This made him think he was the lion in the jungle.
To his utter shock, Bobi Wine made his appearance with tons of security and this is when the crowd went crazy and started chanting his name while others glorified him and gave him the fresh name of President. This is when Eddy Kenzo réaliséd that the jungle was not his. He decided to leave un noticed.
Eagle eyes at the event however noticed him merging into shadows as he saw himself to the exit like a scaredy cat. Before leaving, he was however noticed talking to Bobi Wine's brothers which was a shock to many because he and Bobi Wine have been enemies since an audio of Eddy Kenzo calling Bobi selfish and spineless emerged and hit the internet like a storm.
Eddy Kenzo has however come out to explain that he was not escaping from Bobi Wine but rather was trying not to interfere with his security. Kenzo said that Bobi wine had made it clear that he was now a bit man with security so anyone who needed to talk to him had to see his security personel first. Eddy said this is what he was avoiding and not the man himself.
"He once said that he is not on our level, he has a huge security detail, and to speak to him you have to get permission from his bodyguards. I never wanted to interfere with his safety at the event so l left," he said.
