Celebrated singer and actress Evelyn Lagu woeful tale is so distressing.
The ailing singer who has battled with heart and kidney complications for about a year now has been 're admitted to Kiruddu hospital.
Lagu flew out of the country to Turkey for a kidney transplant but unlucky for her, the procedure failed.
Lagu’s son Freddie had offered his kidney to save his sick mother but the she was not operated because the doctors said that she was too weak to survive the operations.
She noted that Doctors insisted that the singer should stay on dialysis for the rest of her life.

After the failed procedure, Lagu jetted back to Uganda and revealed that she will stay on medication since she could not get the transplant.
A few days ago, Evelyn Lagu was admitted to Kiruddu hospital over the same complications.
According to mbu, Lagu is responding positively to the medication and so far she is improving gradually.
Ever since she got sick, Lagu has received over thirteen operations.
