The Mayanja singing Brothers have on many occasions displayed a deeper affection of brotherly love to each other while on stage.
While in Burundi over the weekend however, it went overboard with Jose Chameleone and Weasle. The two brothers openly kissed on the lips while on stage performing for their Burundi fantasy. The act has since caused public debate on social platforms with many netizens questioning whether these two are okay. Being Africans, kissing between man to man is improper because the act is seen as gay, an element forbidden in the culture.
The pair has not come out to comment about the matter however, a one culture ad norms official from Buganda who chose to be kept anonymous told this platform that an act like that is against moral standards and can't be debatable nor discussed as it is now but only condemned because its wrong and Wrong in its context will always be wrong.
