Give me two years then start judging me - Hon. Robbins Nabbosa

Follwing her recent appointment as the new prime minister of the republic of Uganda by the president, Rt Hon. Robbinah Nabbanja had been trending for both good and bad reasons.

While many have since then come out to congratulate her upon getting such a big post, other Ugandans have criticized her and said she's not fit to be the new prime minister.

Earlier today during her interview with NTV's Faridah Nakazibwe on the Mwasuze Mutya show, Hon Nabbanja requested Ugandans not to judge her before she even starts her duties.

"People have already started saying I don't deserve to be the next prime minister yet I haven't even started my duties. I want them to give me two years and then start judging me. I'm confident that I'll be able to serve my country." Said Hon. Nabbanja.

She also cited other female leaders who've been able to perform at their best after being appointed in big offices. Among them are former KCCA managing director Jennifer Musisi and former speaker of parliament Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, whom she said is her good friend.

Hon. Nabbanja becomes the first woman in history of Ugandan politics to be appointed as the prime minister. Hers at nowviba congratulate her and wish all the best for her.
