Leader of opposition in the 11th parliament and Nyendo-Mukungwe Member of Parliament Hon Mathias Mpuuga has attacked the ruling party over issues of identifying the vulnerable Ugandans who're meant to receive relief fund.
Hon. Mpuuga said the process of identifying vulnerable poor does not require PHD holders. "The people in Powe must swallow their pride and approach the opposition for help.
Unlike them, we can't be as selfish. We're willing to lend our hand because this is a national issue. " Said Hon. Mpuuga. This comes at a time when only 50,000 Ugandans out of the 500,000+ meant to receive the money have been registered.
Is the relief fund really going to come, is it another money swindling scheme, is just a myth? What's your take on the issue?
