Is the World Ignoring a Potential COVID 19 Cure?
    • May 5, 2020 • 5 years ago

Last month, Madagascar a country belonging to the African continent announced a possible cure to Corona virus named COVID Organics.

This was at a time when the whole world was on its knees because of the sudden disastrous wave that the novel virus had brought along with it.

Madagascar's President, Andry Rajoelina was the one who popularized the cure through a major press briefing where himself too took some of the herbal drink to instill confidence in the nationals.

Well some people in Madagascar were still in doubt even after the press briefing especially the country's Academy of Medicine that warned against the herbal cure's distribution since it had not undergone a lot of testing like any other treatment.

But a few days later, after a meeting of members of that academy and the President, the Academy changed their stance on it.

While all that was going on, there was talk going on all over social media in Africa about how one of their own which is Madagascar had found a way out of the COVID 19 situation.

This is when various African coun
tries also started to send chartered flights to pick thousands of the herbal cure direct from Madagascar.

These countries include Equatorial Guinea and Guinea Bissau and others like Tanzania and Senegal promised to send planes too to get the drug.

This sent some people in other African countries in a spiral of confusion, wondering why their own countries do not consider sending planes over to Madagascar since in Africa, health problems among the people have always been solved using traditional medicine for as long as the African race existed.

The World Health Organization also distanced itself from the cure saying that it has not been scientifically been tested which is not 100% true since it has undergone some clinical trials locally in Madagascar by the Institute of Applied Research (IMRA).

But even after WHO distancing itself from the cure, a lot of Africans have still insisted that it is better for them to trust their own inventions than wait for a foreign cure.

To our surprise, the international mainstream media has also not talked about this cure the same way they talk about Trump and his offering of Detergents and Disinfectants as cures.
