The National Unity Platform woke up to shocking news yesterday after the ever quiet and humble Kawempe North Member of Parliament came out to expose their beloved principal and NUP President Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine and a few other party members and opposition members of being Projects of the Government of Uganda.
According to his Twitter account which immediately was trending, he mentioned that Bobi Wine was just a diversion for the public to alter with the votes of the opposition and also divert the minds of voters and make them believe in a change that was not even going to occur.
Bobi Wine was allegedly exposed as a money maker who used the opportunity of his accumulated fame to make a deal with foreigners who wanted to take over the resources of the Country with him in power and also use him to pass their laws in Uganda majorly in regards to same sex marriage.
Furthermore,, the said Twitter account went ahead and claimed that MPs Allan Ssewanyana and Muhammad Ssegirinya were in trouble and imprisoned all because of a failed deal they made with President Museveni’s National Resistance Movement where they failed to hold the end of their bargain hence facing a rough time in jail.
Bashir Kazibwe however later re-emerged and sent out a message to his followers and the Country at large, saying his account was only hacked and he had nothing to do with it. He asked the public not to take into account any of the things that were written about the NUP principal and other Opposition members because they were not his own words.
“Please disregard whatever you see on that account, the opinions there are not mine and I do not have control over the account ever since it was hacked last night,” he said.
He did not only defend himself but the saga saw various people within the NUP camp coming out to defend him with Spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi taking the lead. In an appearance on NBS TV last evening, he made a comment regarding the matter where he said that Kazibwe phoned him and told him that his account had been hacked but he had advised him on how to rectify the issue which was handled successfully.
“I advised him on what to do, and I think the issue was handled,” he said.
