26th/September/2020, that's exactly a month ago, Presidential hopeful Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine was meant to appear in Mbale high court over a case where he was barred from attending a talk show on one of the Mbale city radio stations, BCU FM. However, Bobi didn't turn up on that date and grade one magistrate Andrew Katumbuki pushed the hearing to today, 26th/October.
According to Bobi's lawyer, Anthony Wameli, his client had lost a relative on that day and he couldn't attend the hearing. The accusers want the court to compel the accused to personally compensate Bobi for having wasted his time and money. Roads leading to the court have been earlier blocked and people accessing the premises are thoroughly checked and security tightened as they await Kyagulanyi and his team.
