Kira municipality MP and Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) spokesperson Hon. Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has come out to accuse the court in Masaka for operating under the tips of president Museveni.
Ssemujju totally believes that the delayed case of Kawempe North and Makindye West MPs Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya and Hon. Allan Ssewanyana is all due to the judges fearing to be punished by the president ,who according to Ssemujju is the one instituting the directives.
The NUP Party members were once again denied bail yesterday by the Masaka High Court Judge, stating that the two MPs might use their powers to distort the ongoing investigation on the charf=ges against them.
Ssegirinya and ssewanyana are accused of master minding the recent Masaka murders that saw over 20 people lose their lives in cold blood murders. The president is currently working towards the banning of granting bail to people charged with capital offences, among which include murder, treason and others. Should we take the words of Hon. Ssemujju to be true or we should 'trust the process?'
