Popurlaryl known for undertaking casesagainst 'top guns' in the country, city lawyer Hassan Male Mabirizi Kiwanuka is at it again, this time round filing a case against NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
According to Mabirizi, Kyagulanyi cheated the government while studying for his Diploma in Music Dance and Drama (MDD). Mabirizi claims by the time Kyagulanyi did his course at Makerere university, he was not yet 25 years of age which was the guarantee for the government sponshorship under Mature Entry.
Mabirizi filed the case at the Law Development Center and wants the court to strip the Diploma from former presidential candidate and he should also refund the government money that was unknowingly spent on him.
For the record, Mabirizi has never emerged victorious out of all the big cases he has filed, including the president Y.K Museveni, prime minister Hon Nabbanja, the Kabaka of Buganda H.H Ronald Muwenda Mutebi among others. Will this be his breakthrough? Let's wait and see
