Apparently, Miles Rwamiti has been demoted from his manegerial role at Urban TV Uganda , turning him into a mere presenter. According to sources, Miles has been a terrible manager with no management skills at all and being under his reign has been another terror of it's own.
Miles Rwamiti's demotion has been celebrated by many and this is no surprise because it is said that he has been treating his fellow workers below him as well as the station's clients in an unprofessional manner which always left many dissatisfied with his work.
It is also mentioned that there has been abuse of power by the now presenter since he started to use his authority poorly and used it to terrorise his fellow workers while he was doing his job poorly,managing everything at the station poorly.
The former manager has now been demoted to presenting a morning show, returning sanity to the Urban TV station.
