Morley will be the Head coach of the Uganda U-23 team during the 2021 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup in Ethiopia.
Morley was the U20 Uganda Hippos coach and guided them to the finals in their debut season.
Having led the team to the African Cup of Nations final before being defeated by Ghana last month in the finals, with prospective players like Derrick Kakooza.
