Currently serving as the first deputy prime minister and minister of East African Affairs, Kadaga today paid tribute to Oulanyah during a special sitting of Parliament. The former speaker will be out of the country for EAC activities in Arusha and Nairobi.

“I will not be able to attend the other functionsbecause of other obligations, but I want to say farewell to my friend, colleague and partner,” said Kadaga

As she paid her last respects to the deceased, she mentioned that he was a great man and a very hardworking as well as respectful leader. Kadaga said her farewell to him during the paying of the last respects to the deceased yesterday at the Parliament of Uganda. With teary eyes and remorse, she managed to pay her last respects to her colleague.

Many Netizens however have not received this well due to the fact that there was a time when his death was being pinned on her and still, these accusations have not died down. Many believe she doesn not want to attend the burrial and that is why she is failing to attend it however much she claims that duty calls.
