Presidential candidate Robert Kyangulanyi has been blocked by the police from speaking to the people of Hoima.
He was at Spice FM in Hoima and meant to speak to the people of Hoima at midday but the police turned off the radio and blocked the offices, stopping people from entering and leaving the building.
Robert Kyangulanyi broke the news on his social media pages.
It is also known that police had surrounded the guest house he and his team slept in last night.
This is not the first time the police has stopped opposition members from campaigning on radios as Patrick Amuriat, another presidential candidate was unable to speak to his supporters since the radio was turned off.
