There is surely something with Lil stunner and influencer Sheila Gashumba with Nigerian Musicians. She somehow just sticks to them like Glue and manages to brag to the public about how she has promoted these musicians, seemingly making it look like their music was not famous in Uganda but rather made famous by her influence(yapa yapa yapa).
Sheila Gashumba is recalled to have dissed Nigerian Musicians way before Rugger made his appearance to his live show in Uganda. She clearly tweeted that Nigerian Musicians were overhyped in Uganda even with small hit songs, making them boost their egos thinking they have made it in life. The same Sheila was seen very near Ruger when he landed.
Suddenly, she pulled the Bestie moves on him and was the closest Ugandan he had. She went ahead to follow him to Rwanda for his performance ladies and gentlemen, clearly making a statement that she was his PR( the audacity).
It was Ruger’s first time to headline a show away from home and he pulled it off. He is grateful for what I have done for him in Uganda and East Africa. I listen to his songs first because I head his PR team in East Africa,” she said then.
The same thing has happened with the all so famous Adekunle Gold after his live show in Uganda. Adekunle got a very huge crowd gracing his show. This man's songs have travelled all over Kampala with no one pushing them and all of a sudden, Boom! Sheila Gashumba is in the picture now, claiming that his fame was her own doing, being that she is his PR.
After fighting for a picture with the star backstage, Sheila felt she had found her place on Mars and she immediately rushed to Twitter to make a big deal out of rhe picture. Sheila posted the picture with a heavy message congratulating the star and herself upon the successful concert. She mentioned that it was breathtaking to watch people sing the aongs thag she had pushed in this Country.
"It’s such a great time for women to take lead in the music business.I’m super proud to be @adekunleGOLD digital music PR .It was heart melting watch people sing word to word to songs I pushed in this region; Afro Pop Vol.1 album, Sinner,High etc WHAT A SHOW." She tweeted.
