Days seem to be out numbered for renowned City socialite Charles Olim alias Sipapa who once again is on the verge of sleeping on the streets after his landlord got court authorisation to throw him out of his house due to failure to clear rent payments.
The city tycoon usually seen throwing hard cash to people especially via the streets of Kampala earlier yesterday, news from trusted sources stormed our desks exclaiming that his landlord Dr Twebaze was equiped with court authorisation and was throwing Sipapa's stuff out of his house of Namugongo.
Dr Twebaze insinuates that Sipapa was very rebellious towards clearing his rent payments of seven 7 months which had culminated into seven million five hundred thousand ugandan shillings and also was spreading false information that he bought the house.
However on reaching Sipapa he refuted the allegations claiming that he had rented the house for three months for an upcoming musician who failed to clear future payments. Sipapa added that there is no way he could fail to pay rent if he can buy the landlord's house.
