It should be recalled that towards the end of last year, singer Rahmah Pinky was trending and selling like hot cake online because of a few pictures of her adorned in a gomesi, standing next to a way older gentleman in what looked like a traditional marriage ceremony. The news that followed the pictures was that she had been married to one Prince Nelson Yiga now known as Ssemugalawa Kimera.
The photos that made rounds raised dust about Pinky’s true age as a section of critics wondered if the age she claimed to be is her true age, after all, she hot married without a single complaint being raised about a youngster getting married to an elder man.
During that moment, the singer went mute about the allegations and utterly refused to give even one explanation about all the charges that were dropped her way. She later came out to mention that the gentleman in the pictures was indeed older than her and she was meant to marry him but she did not push through with the plans because she realized she was too young and was not ready for marriage.
Over the weekend, however, Pinky seemed to have forgotten about the story she once gave the media so she did a plot twist and mentioned another side of the story that netizens had no clue about.
She narrated that the photos were taken in order to ease her way of acquiring a visa to travel and study from the USA since Prince Nelson is a citizen on that side. She mentioned that she solely did the photoshoot in order to make it look like she was getting married in order to earn free citizenship by marriage in the USA.
She also added that she linked up with Prince Nelson with hope that she would be assisted with her music career but her plan didn’t work out hence she saw no need of dragging issues which then made her leave him all together rather than waste her time with him.
