National Unity Platforfrom Members of Parliament Allan Ssewannyana of Makindye West and Muhammad Sseggirinya of Kawempe North seem to be in hot soup as the two have been summoned to appear before court in Masaka over the 'bijambiya' murders.
The killings have been ongoing since late July and they've reached their peak about a week ago and Ugandans have since then took to different media platforms asking for justice in the greater Masaka region.
MPs from the region also raised their voices in requesting for security in the region and the situation has been slowly getting ack to normal much as the leaflets are still being thrown around.
Sseggirinnya and Ssewannyana are expected to avail themselves before D/SSP Moses Taremwa for a statement on Monday 6th/September at 1000hours.
