    • March 18, 2021 • 4 years ago

With two matches left to end the first round of Uganda Premier league, the race at the top keeps getting hotter and more interesting. URA however will go into the second half of the season as table leaders with 36 points (11 wins and 3 draws and 1 loss) thanks to their 3-0 win against Onduparaka alias the caterpillars.

A brace from inform striker Steven Mukwala and Cromwell Rwothomio' goal saw the tax collectors return from Arua with three points. This means that Vipers FC will finish second with 33 points (10 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses) regardless of their 1-0 win against KCCA yesterday at St Mary's stadium.

The Star Times Uganda Premier League first round ends on Thursday with two fixtures.

Kyetume FC Vs MYDA FC FUFA Technical center, Njeru at 1PM

Jinja SS Vs Kitara FC at FUFA Technical center Njeru at 4pm
