The Ugandan Model and renown Tiktoker emerged winner of the African Social Star accolade in the People's Choice Awards 2022.
To win the accolade, Namubiru battled with SouthAfrican Tiktoker Sphokuhle, former BB Naija housemate Liquorice, South African actress Ama Qamata, SouthAfrican socialite Dr. Shauwn Mkhize, Angolan Model Juddyda Conceicao, South African actress Khanyi Mbau and Nigerian Swanky Jerry.
Prior to joining the acting and Tiktok streets, Namubiru was a dancer at City Rock Entertainment. She made a name by sharing videos of herself in Rural environments on Tiktok, which videos later go viral. With 5.7 Million followers, Namubiru is one of the most followed Tiktokers in East Africa.
