Everything wrong has happened with the election of the new leadership of the Uganda Musician's Association. Let us just say that the incumbent does not want to leave yet the Associaciation and other musicians want her to leave and also, the other contestants tight marking her are showing a lot of vigor for the Presidency of UMA.

When the voting was to be done to elect in new leadership, there were a lot of issues that arose and it simply could bot happen. There were cases of misplaced documents and some of the aspiring leaders were against voting so it had to be cancelled. There was also a time when the aspiring President, King Saha mentioned that he saw many loop holes for rigging so the voting was postponed again.

The latest issue is  that King Saha threatened to swear himself in as the new UMA president. He said he was tired on waiting upon the elections because they simply were not happening and yet he was eager to take on the throne since many of his plans for UMA were time bound and they may end up expiring( He is the same person that halted the elections by the way)

So Netizens  thought that Weasel was not part of the association because he has distanced himself from the UMA drama quite successfully. This was until  he was asked to give a comment about the issues and to clear the air whether he is still a member in UMA. He confirmed that he was a member, an active one at that only that he had no time for drama, which is the order of the day in UMA.

Weasel narrated that the reason he was staying away from the UMA drama is because he is not ready to pull ropes with youngsters or be involved in any king of drama, looking at how dramatic the whole situation turned out to be. He mentioned how he loves his freedom and peace of mind and that he hates working under any sort of pressur, which is quite evident in UMA.

He went on to note that he took the back seat to let those who can handle confusion to contest and he will wait to be led by whoever wins the polls. This means he has no favorite and is not against anyone.

"By the way, people who are close to me know that I hate issues that put me under pressure. Even if I was to be appointed as the Lord Mayor or given a post as a leader without contesting, I hate pressure. I love living in my peace and freedom. So when I see things having a lot of confusion I just back off. I can’t waste my time in those UMA election issues which are not straight."Weasel said
