President Yoweri Museveni, the current president of Uganda who doubles as a candidate for the presidency of Uganda is officially starting his campaign activities today.
He will be in Luweero on his first day today to meet NRM leaders from the greater Luwero Area and thereafter speak to the people through radio and TV in order to interface with the locals further.
Being a year of corona pandemic (2020) is the reason why Museveni will not be holding huge rally events to interface with the different voters in all the areas of Uganda that he will go to look for votes but rather , he will be on radio and TV.
The president is later scheduled to be in other areas of Uganda including Lango on Wednesday, West Nile on Thursday and Friday , all in this very week.
