Fire Base musician Zex Bilangi langi has for the first time opened up about the 18billion uganda shillings which will be given to the musicians under the Uganda National Musicians Federation.
Bilangi langi who doesn't subscribe to the federation says he is not interested in the money. He however doesn't stop anyone who wishes to receive it .
Zex explained he is a hard-working person who believes money should be earned after work.
"I am someone who wants to enjoy the money I have worked for so I am not interested in that cash prize because I never did anything to receive it. Let those who worked for it receive the money but not me," he said during an interview with Spark TV
Zex Bilangi langi happens to be the firebase Prime minister and his leader Bobi Wine castigated musicians for receiving the money.
It is just common sense that he as well distances himself from the Bonanza from government.
For months now reports have been emerging indicating the government's decision to fund musicians through Kenzo's federation. However the big talent boss continues to deny all the allegations of receiving money from the government.
