On behalf of the bar course, Victor Omega sent an email to the students summoning their availability as soon as possible. "Treat this with seriousness it deserves and endeavor to keep time." Read the email.
Apology from one of the students
One of the 8 students, Ann Kakidi had however come out to apologise for getting involved in the act and requested for forgiveness.
"I humbly write to you to express my sincere apologies for the misconduct I was involved in yesterday January 4 at the Commercial Court Premises.
I am Kakidi a clerkship student at commercial court. My colleague and I engaged in shooting a video at around 10:00 am around the court premises.
My behavior was inappropriate and did not reflect the respect that was expected in court. There is, however, no excuse for such kind of bad behavior.
Am deeply sorry for the misconduct and I pray for your pardon. This will never happen again and it's a bid lesson to always think twice before taking certain decision as an aspiring advocate," Kakidi indicated.
