Arsenal welcome Everton at the Emirates Stadium knowing a win maybe enough to beat Manchester City to the title provided City slip up against Westham.
The Gunners climbed into first place for some time after they secured a 1-0 win against Manchester United at Old Trafford before Manchester City defeated Tottenham Hotspur and replaced them at the top of the summit.
Even though Manchester city are favourites to win the league due to their two point advantage, Arsenal will be keen to end their campaign with another victory.
But as Arsenal goes into their final game, they have been linked with a number of players.
Kylian Mbappe has been one of those players. Despite being heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, the Premier league has also been seen as a potential destination for the French superstar.
However, former Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham defender William Gallas has warned Mikel Arteta that Kylian Mbappe wouldn't be a suitable signing for Arsenal. William Gallas said the following while speaking to Genting Casino;
The football Arsenal play and their system would not suit Kylian Mbappe. He's a very intelligent player, and probably the best attacker in the world, with Vinicius Jr, but he needs to receive the ball all the time and Mbappe wants to make the difference in the game all by himself. Like how Vinicius Jr did against Bayern, where he controlled the game himself. Arsenal don't play like that, they play as a team, and Mbappe would not fit in their system.
Besides Kylian Mbappe, Arsenal have also been linked with 20 year old RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko. Mikel Arteta is eager to bolster his front line with the signing of the Slovenia international.
Benjamin Sesko started his senior career at Red Bull Salzburg where he spent four years. During this time he made 55 appearances and scored 21 goals for the club. He later joined RB Leipzig in 2023 and has become a top prospect in Germany scoring 13 goals in 30 Bundesliga games.
Despite the big names linked to Arsenal in this summer transfer window, some of their star players are wanted by the best teams in Europe.
The player in particular is William Saliba. The French centre back is rated at £86 million. It was reported by CaughtOffside that Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern Munich are interested in the Arsenal defender.
