Presidential advisor on issues regarding the Ghetto, Buchaman, recently surrendered his army outfits to the police, claiming that he's adhering to government directives to have all army outfits from the public. Regional police commander, Kampala south, James Ruhweza applauded the act and urged others to do the same.
