"Emotoka effuse emotoka." One Ugandan said and this turns out to be true.

Ever since the bullet proof car entered Uganda, it has brought rumors, speculation, lies, tension and fear in very many areas

News reaching our desk is some security officials are threatening URA and it's officials on how they cleared this car.

"This car was brought on following all the rules. The owner paid taxes worth 88.6 million Uganda shillings and transfered into the name of Robert Kyangulanyi. He followed all the laws and there is no law against Ugandans owning bullet proof cars."

A source also told us many top officials are scared of losing their jobs and are now denying their signatures on the paper work that cleared the car and want to accuse Bobi Wine of tax evasion so as to cease his car yet he complied with all the laws.
