Putin and Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny has been placed in solitary confinement for a period of 10 days because he incorrectly introduced himself to a security guard his spokesperson said on X formerly twitter.
Navalny, 47, who rose to prominence more than a decade ago for lambasting president Putin and his elites over gross corruption is currently serving a 30 year prison sentence with only 3 years covered that will see him out of prison at 74 for charges he said were placed on him to trump him out of politics.
His spokesperson Kirma Yarmash said on X that this was the 25th time Navalny was being subjected to solitary confinement and that he had spent close to 284 days in such conditions. He spoke of the former being subjected to very harsh conditions which among many include bring forced to listen to a pro Putin pop artiste every 5am in the morning after listening to the Russian National anthem.
Navalny was charged by a federal Russian court of antagonism against the regime where charges related to terrorist activities were placed unto him and has since been serving a 30 year prison sentence and was recently transfered to 40 miles up the North pole inorder to reduce the opposition challenge that president Putin would face as the return of the Kremlin incumbent to most has been declared a foregone conclusion which still evidences Putin's stronghold grip on power.
However a cross section of the Russian citizens have faith in the revolution and hope that one day he will lead Russia as a president. Though only a few have this mindset, majority Russians in are in favour of Putin's leadership mainly due to his outright extremesim when it comes to protecting the Russian sovereignity especially from the threat of the NATO expansion.
However, Putin has been criticised by many of cracking down opposition in his country where the likes of Navalny have suffered severe imprisonment and some leaders have been even barred from participating in elections case in point Nikola Kruvensheka who was barred from contesting by a unanimous decesion made by the Russian supreme court.
But all this comes all way long from the origins of history of communism, this type of government system gives no room for opposition factors and the trusted leader always has the backing of the most important people that matter to run the country. So am here to declare that President Putin is here to stay and whether anyone indecorously rants him out as a despot then then you should carefully watch your back or risk dinning with Dionysus and as once quoted in 2001, Putin made it his life mission to destroy NATO and it'll stop at nothing because the this obsession is generational.
